Under-eye dark circles are one of the major skin issues many people face around the world.   • Sleep. Having a good sleep routine is the first step in reducing the appearance of dark circles. Set a sleep pattern and sleep for around 8 hours every night and stick to sleeping at the same time every night. 
  • Cold Compress. Applying a cold compress constricts the blood vessels and helps in diminishing the dark circles. There are many ways to use a cold compress. 
    • Keep two spoons in the refrigerator at night and use them in the morning to gently press on your eyes for around 5 minutes. You can repeat the process before sleeping.
    • Use two ice cubes, wrap them in a cotton cloth, and gently press them against your eyes for 10 minutes in intervals.
