Shipping & Returns


At this time, Ansaligy USA only ships orders to addresses within the United States.



Ansaligy USA accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal Express. Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of the order. Orders that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when available. Credit cards are charged when order is placed.



Notice: Due to COVID-19, all major shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Please be patient as we send your orders out. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, and an additional 3-4 business days for shipping.

Note: Shipping times may be extended during the busy holiday seasons. 



Orders that have a subtotal of $100 and up are given the option of free shipping at checkout.

You must select the free shipping method option during the checkout process in order to remove the cost of shipping for your order. 

This offer cannot be combined with other offers, including promo code discounts and sales. This offer cannot be applied after an order has been placed.



Because Ansaligy USA has nexus with a number of U.S. states, we are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. Since Ansaligy USA is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes, the tax rate we charge may be higher than just your sales tax.

The tax total will be calculated with your order during checkout.



Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason an error has occurred with your order or you would like to request a return/exchange, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.

All return/exchange inquiries must be reviewed by our customer service department.

Proof of purchase from will be required for any return, exchange, or replacement. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number (RA).  We will not be able to process your return without the RA number. All packages received without an RA# will be refused. Products must be shipped back to Ansaligy USA in the same condition they were received. We DO NOT accept damaged/opened/used products unless the product was damaged upon arrival.  Ansaligy USA is not responsible for the shipping costs of return orders. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
